About
Nurturing Nurses was established in 2018 in response to an identified need for nurses and health organisations to be able to access fresh and innovative approaches to professional and personal development.
This desire came about from witnessing a number of organisations and individual nurses struggling to meet the increasing demands in aged, community care and acute healthcare resulting from client, regulatory and legal requirements. While professional and workplace coaching has been an accepted practice in the corporate and business world for many years, the healthcare sector is just beginning to see the benefits of its emerging leaders being supported with a workplace coach. |
